My grandfather highly recommended i give Sherlock Holms a try, i’ve never really been a fan of mystery/crime, and the only reason i watched the movies was because Robert Downy Jr was in them, but 4 chapters into A Study In Scarlet and im hooked.

I finished reading MockingJay yesterday and now don’t know what to do with my life anymore. Having read The Hunger Games trilogy within the span of 3 weeks, i grew maybe a bit too obsessed with the story, and started having regular dreams of being in the arena, and running through the forest, or climbing trees ect. I couldn’t help but compare the undertone of the story to things going on around me and what i see on the television, this Lux style awards bulshit, in a third world conuty where there are a few too many empty stomachs, and parents worrying how they will feed their children (no where near to the extent of The Seam of course) where as the Capitol folk, with their opulent style awards and designer everything, worry about wayward strands of hair. The government propaganda that has plagued our airwaves, the way ministers are too high-brow, flattering and giving themselves more importance than they deserve with their route-blocking protocol, watching as the rest of us are stuck in traffic, unconcerned with whether or not we have important places to be. Makes me sick! On a lighter note, <3 <3 Peeta is the perfect boyfriend
